I went bra shopping today, lets just say it was NOT a pleasant experience it was all I could do not to burst into tears - talk about a reality check, actually reality pretty much slapped me hard!!
I am back at work next week so first on the list will be going back to the gym. I also need to overhaul my diet, way too much crap has snuck in (who am I kidding the crap forms a large part of my overall diet), portion sizes need to be significantly reduced and the wine consumption needs to get back under control.
Hmmm easy to say but actually doing it for more than 5 minutes is the challenge. I am not starting tomorrow or Monday - I started the second I left the Bendon shop holding back the tears of disgust that I have let myself get so damn FAT!!!
Now off to search the iphone apps for a free food diary.

LOL at bra shopping... remember I'm the one who got a breast reduction!! That was after trying on bras in a specialist bra shop that only deals in giant sized cups!!
Good luck - oh and I've managed to still have wine and lose. You don't have to give up everything :)
The last bra I bought almost reduced me to tears too.
